Our lovely bride Arian has natural hair; meaning no chemicals. She wanted to achieve a soft red carpet look and add length and a bit of volume. During her consultation I suggested that we straighten her hair and use clip on extensions. As you can see it worked out wonderfully and she as her red carpet style without compromising her hair or adding a sew-in which in her case would have made her feel uncomfortable and bulky.
All of my brides with natural hair, you have options!!

Five Funky Trends for 2013
http://www.glamour.com/fashion/2012/09/spring-2013-most-wearable-fashion-trends#slide=1
Bold Stripes
Bold Stripes are in.
Did you know that the patterns stripes where originally
made for soldiers just in case they went overboard...so that they could be
seen...interesting!!!
Ladies when attempting to wear stripes:
Match your body size. Keep the size of the stripe in line with
the size of your body If you’re tall or full-figured, then you can wear bigger,
wider stripes. Petite women should stick to small stripes that are closer
together and women with a medium build should wear—you guessed it—medium
stripes. Stripes can create balance..... Fuller-figured women can look for a
chevron (v-shaped) stripe to call attention to the center line of your body
Layer your look. Use stripes as an element of your outfit
instead of the entire look. Try a striped t-shirt under a solid-color blazer or
cardigan, which “helps break up the impact of the stripes.”

Bermuda Shorts
They are back...don't get them confused with
capris or cargo pants...Bermuda shorts are well tailored shorts that fall to
the knees...You can Dress them Up and Dress them Down.
Did you know
that they where invented for British soldiers as they ventured into
more tropical weather?
Black and White
Black and white
ironically is a hit for spring...you can color block, wear patterns,
stripes...whatever your little heart desires but you can't go wrong!!!
Short Suites
Dressing up shorts
with a jacket is another trend for the fall......add a well tailored blazer.... whaaa laaa...you have a winner
